Shipping & Handling 

Shipping: Select your shipping option at checkout. Allow 1-4 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for express shipping in the US. Please note that international shipment will require additional shipping & handling time. Shipments will be made only on business days (Mon-Fri). Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to customers via email once your order is dispatched. Please verify your email & mailing addresses before submitting your order to avoid delays and misplacement of packages. 

Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 days for all CUSTOM WIG orders to process before shipping. There is no express shipping for custom wigs. For all other orders, please allow 1-3 days for processing. Please note that the entire shipping process could take up to 7-10 business days including the processing time. If you have not received your order within this time frame, please contact us via email and we will be sure to assist you as best as we can. 

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds 

We highly recommend that you properly inspect your package once it’s received. If you are not satisfied with your order, we ask that you do not tamper with the product(s). Please ship back all items within 3 days after delivery in its original packaging and conditions in order for refunds or exchanges to be made. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
